As Partner, Marci has 25+ years of experience working with investors, CEOs, and executive leaders. As a trusted advisor and dealmaker, she has completed hundreds of executive technology searches and is highly experienced in digital infrastructure and technology, SaaS, professional services, and private equity industries. Her clients range from private equity firms and their portfolio companies to large enterprises and startups. Marci has extensive and current C-suite relationships and has a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.

Marci first joined TEG Consulting in 1996 and played an instrumental role in helping the firm achieve exceptional growth for almost three decades. Marci has also been the Founder & CEO of Appointed Partners, a disruptive talent solutions firm focused on Board and C-level executives and their career journey. Earlier in her career, Marci spent eight years in leadership roles with global telecommunications leader, Cable & Wireless. She graduated from Temple University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.

On weekends, you can find Marci spending quality time with family and friends at the beach, boating, or planning her next adventure. Marci is happiest when she is solving challenging business problems, engaging in purposeful conversation and connections, and surrounded by the people she loves.
