When you work with Kristin, it is easy to forget that she is a recruiter. The energy she puts into building relationships makes the search experience more like conversations than anything else. You sense her genuine interest in connecting with people to find the best fit for clients and candidates alike. Generous in nature, Kristin is always available to provide unparalleled support to any obstacle our client or team may face. If you guessed that she has a Psychology degree, you’d be correct.
It is not fair to ask of others what you are not willing to do yourself. Eleanor Roosevelt
As principal, Kristin serves as a trusted advisor to innovative and fast-growing companies in need of great talent. She has over 14 years of recruiting experience focused on SaaS, managed services, and healthcare clients, and has successfully placed leaders in marketing, sales, customer success, operations, and finance. She enjoys partnering with leaders of public, private, private equity, and venture-backed companies.
Prior to TEG Consulting, Kristin was the assistant director of career services and corporate relations at Babson College and the assistant vice president of institutional client service for investment management firm State Street Research (BlackRock). The value of her people skills is not to be underestimated outside of work; Kristin tells us her secret skill is talking her way into first class. If you meet her, ask her about the time she traveled to watch the Berlin Wall come down and chiseled out her very own piece. Kristin’s family life is an active one; she and her husband love traveling, playing multiple sports, and visiting their three children.
