Influenced by a decade-long career at Disney, Kristin brings a little magic to everything she does. She’s a masterful organizer, team player, and problem-solver, allowing her to envision and create extraordinary experiences for clients, candidates, and colleagues. Outside work, she dreams up all sorts of tasty meals in the kitchen and spends time at CrossFit working on breaking her personal records — like deadlifting 200 pounds. Whoa.

As a project manager at TEG Consulting, Kristin supports senior and middle management-level searches across the technology, healthcare, and professional services sectors. Her responsibilities include coordinating communications, driving deliverables forward, and procuring materials while maximizing productivity throughout every touchpoint of the search process.

Kristin brings nearly two decades of project management and event experience with international brands like Disney, Marriott, and Omni Hotels. She has also served as director of community and strategic engagement at Sourcing Industry Group and director of event planning for a global lodging company. In these roles, she held responsibility for managing projects, processes, vendors, and speakers in addition to sourcing and curating content for networking events. Over the course of her career, Kristin's portfolio of events has spanned conventions, tradeshows, and galas for organizations like Verizon, Bristol-Myers Squibb, PBS and more. She earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Penn State University.

Kristin lives in New Jersey, cherishing moments with loved ones – like her husband, Mike, their two pups, extended family, and friends. She also appreciates any moment spent channeling her energy into physical activities. Her outlets of choice: running, hiking, and canoeing.
